CASL is Canada's new anti spam law that takes effect July 1, 2014.

You will not be able to send email or other digital forms of communication unless you have the permission of the receiver.
The fine is up to $10,000,000 per violation for organizations and $1,000,000 per violation for individual directors and officers of companies.  For many
organizations, this will change the way they communicate with current customers and impact business development activities.

For as low as $65 per user and a set up fee of $4800 you can have a CASL complaint communication and business development system that leverages the Industry giant Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Use the built in Block or HTML editor to create professional email templates.  You can embed your subscription preference in a link at the bottom of the email template.  Make it easy for your customers and prospects to grant permission for communication from your company.  Newsletters, events, promotions...

Use the built in features to track email activity.  You will know who opened the email, clicked on the links, bounces and other statistics.  You are in control by knowing the outcome of your outbound communication.

A simple opt in form will open from clicking on the subscription link on your web site or in the sent email template.  The contact can select the type of communication they would prefer to receive from your company.  Each selection can be pre checked and the user simply unchecks the methods of communication they would prefer not to receive.

The contact record in CRM is automatically update with the persons communication preferences.  The record shows the date accepted.  The information in the contact record can be customized easily to your preferred fields.

The person is then automatically added to the appropriate marketing list.  This will ensure future CASL compliant communication.  This example is showing someone being added to the Newsletter subscription list.  They have agreed to receive the newsletter.

The CRM system automatically prevents sending to people who have opted out of specific communications.  The system blocks the email even if you make a mistake and try to email them.  This will ensure you are CASL complaint.

The CRM provides an audit trail.  You can query name, time, date, subscription list, preferences and other variables.

The built in graphing features of CRM allow you to easily build  chart and graphs to display data from your campaigns visually.  Our program incudes time to show you how to create the graphs that are important to you.
